RECIPES

PUMPKIN PANCAKES
1 cup canned pumpkin puré
8 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

HARVEST SALAD
10-15 cups mixed greens
4 large chicken breast
1 large acorn squash
2 apples
Dried cranberries
Pumpkin seeds
Pecans

Dressing
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp freshly-squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt

BUTTERNUT SQUASH CHILLI
1 tsp of avocado oil
1 yellow onion
454 g of ground beef
1 butternut squash
1 zucchini
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
2 tbsp of chilli seasoning

APPLE CRUMBLE BARS
Crust
– 1 cup of almond flour
– 1/4 cup ghee
– 1/4 cup of maple syrup
– 1/2 cup ghee, melted
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Filling:
3 apples, chopped
1/2 lemon juiced
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of tapioca flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg

Crumble
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup chopped nuts of your choice

pinch of sea salt
