You probably arrived on this video because you are looking for some paleo snacks that you can make on the go. These hacks are quick and easy and can be found throughout most health food stores.

So, let’s start out with my first hack:

1. Canned Seafood – These conist of sardines, mackerel, tuna, oysters, clams, etc. which are eay to bring on the go while traveling and don’t take up any room in a suitcase or backpack. Once, you find some salad greens or an avocado, you can put together a delicious meal that provides your body with healthy Omega 3’s that keep your brain functioning at peak performance.

There you have my number 1 hack to start off the list….

2. Chocolate – You want to look for raw, dark chocolate that is unadulterated and minimally processed without high-glycemic sweeteners or processed milk ingredients. The antioxidants in chocolate rank as the highest on the ORAC scale. Plus, everyone loves chocolate…keep eating the good stuff!

3. Trail Mix/Paleo Granola – You can seek out your nearest health food store and put together your own trail mix easily in the bulk section using your favorite nuts, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, and superfruits like dried goji berries or mulberries. Some companie have been coming out with awesome Paleo granola options that are grain-free and lower-glycemic than typical granola.

4. Protein Bars – This is one of my favorite hacks! I love to make some bars from scratch that I feel are the tastiest bars ever. Head over to AnabolicMen.com to check out a recent blog post where I made some bars using tigernut flour, collagen protein, superfoods like maca, chocolate, and healthy fats like MCT oil.

5. Protein Powder or Meal Replacement – Check out your healthfood store like Whole Foods where you can sample some great grassfed whey protein or collagen protein that you can buy in travel sizes to bring on your trips. Just mix some up in some water, then maybe add some MCT oil and a greens powder (for example) for an awesome meal replacement.

That sums up my top 5 Paleo snacks on the go.

I’ll see you guys next time!
