Paleo / Keto carrot Halwa | Diwali snacks & sweets

Again an excellent low carb, sugar free dessert for you friends…
Next to pumpkin kheer this is my favourite sweet item… Thank God!!! We are not missing anything when dieting 🙂

A small tip to add on an ingredient ( an optional one) which enhances the taste, pls watch the video!!!

Ingredients:

11/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp ghee
1 Tbsp roasted cashews
A pinch of cardamom powder

Direction:

Grind carrot and 1/4 cup milk coarsely and keep it aside.

Heat ghee over medium heat and add the ground carrot mixture into it, saute for 2 mins .

Then add rest of the milk and stir till its moisture evaporates.

Over low heat stir well until we get the thick halwa consistency.

Add cashews and cardamom powder and mix well.
