RECIPES

Chia Pudding
– 1 Can of Coconut Milk
– 1/3 Cup of Chia Seeds
– 1 Tbsp of maple syrup
– Handful of Berries
– Handful of Nuts

Combine the coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup in an airtight container and store in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. The mixture will turn into a beautiful chia pudding. Add berries and nuts as a topping and serve cold.

Cauliflower Hummus
– 1 Head of Cauliflower
– 1/4 Cup of Avocado Oil
– 2 Tbsp of Tahini
– 2 cloves of Garlic
– 1 tsp of Cumin
– 1 tsp of Paprika
– Salt & pepper

Roast the cauliflower and garlic cloves (in the skin) for 25 minutes at 400° F. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until it turns into a smooth, hummus-like consistency. Serve with crackers or your favorite veggies

Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs
– 6 Eggs
– 2 Tbsp of Avocado Oil Mayo
– 1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
– Salt & Pepper
– 2 Tbsp of Everything Bagel Seasoning

Boil and peel the eggs, then cut them lengthwise. Use a small spoon to scoop out all of the yolks and combine that will the rest of the ingredients. Use a piping bag, or make your own with a ziplock to place the mixture back into the egg white shells. Generously sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning on top.
