Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you a healthy skillet cookie recipe with strawberries to make it perfect for valentines! Or any time of year really because it is DELISH!
Healthy Skillet Cookie
1 1/2 cup almond flour https://amzn.to/2Brsr3j
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
2 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup strawberries
350F for 25 minutes
For frosting: take coconut cream from a can of coconut milk (the thick part) and beat with a mixer until fluffy
