In this paleo meal prep video I’m showing you the variety of things I made this week. Every week I make different things based on what I have available, this week I happened to have plenty of tomatoes, eggs and berries.
Since I started following a paleo / primal diet I incorporated weekly meal prep and it makes a huge difference because it takes away stress from cooking, plus when there is delicious and healthy food ready to eat, there is no need to be eating unhealthy things when in a rush.
