Hey guys! Today I have another quick and easy recipe for these delicious no bake coconut Bars. These Bars are made with only 5 ingredients. You can use your sweetener of choice like honey, maple syrup, or any type of sugar free sweeteners like powdered erythritol or liquid stevia.
If your not on any diet, using regular sugar or sweetened condensed milk taste best! Adjust the sweetness to your taste and adjust the texture by adding more or less coconut milk.

Ingredients:

3 cups desiccated coconut unsweetened
1/3 cup coconut milk or coconut cream
1/2 cup liquid sweetener of choice (see note above)
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 ounces 100% cacao chocolate
