SIMPLE 3 INGREDIENT ALMOND BUTTER ENERGY BITES (Paleo, Vegan, GF)

These are sooo good for on-the-go, or as a dessert, or whenever!! And they’re simple AF.

**Ingredients & Directions**
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup (I used less than 1/4 cup to limit sugar)
1 Cup Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
100% Cacao (Optional, for melting)

Mix together and form into little balls. You can freeze them or put them in the fridge, up to you!

If you want to dip them in chocolate, I took 1/4 of the bar and placed in a glass bowl in microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time. Microwaved 3x.
