Hey y’all! Traveling on a diet doesn’t have to be so constricting. If you know your body and your limits you can cheat, enjoy authentic meals/ desserts/ etc., but bring along your favorite snacks so you don’t overload and overwhelm your body! Here are a few of my favorite paleo snacks that I love travelling with if I were to be on a boat, plane, train. Like I said, road tripping snacks are different because I am allowed to bring a big cooler of fresh food and baked goods!
