For this week’s meal prep I made 3 paleo friendly dishes which are filling, healthy, nutritious and keep really well in the fridge for a few days. Meal prep is a huge part of my diet, it helps me eat healthy all the time and takes away the daily stress of cooking.
The first dish I made was cauliflower rice with ground beef and spices, the second dish was some ground pork cooked with a lot of vegetables and apples and lastly a kale, mango, chicken salad which makes the easiest, most delicious lunch.
