PALEO/AIP BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE: This is my favorite breakfast smoothie that’s packed with protein!

This week I’m sharing my absolute favorite paleo breakfast protein smoothie with you!

It’s AIP compliant, vegan if you use plant protein, whole30 compliant, and DELISH!!!! Plus you can get the collagen peptides and coconut milk on amazon; and everything else is readily available at most grocery stores.

Ingredients:

Garden of Life unflavored grass-fed Collagen Peptides (2 scoops)

Organic ground ginger (just a dash or two)

Organic ground cloves (4 dashes)

Organic ground cinnamon (approx. 1 tablespoon)

4 oz of Natural Value Organic Coconut Milk (unsweetened, no added guar gum)

2-3 oz. of filtered water (I used Alkaline 88)

1 organic frozen banana

5-6 organic strawberries

5-6 organic raspberries

Recipe:

1. Just blend everything up in your blender for about 30-60 seconds until all the frozen banana chunks are fully blended.

2. Enjoy!!
