Paleo porridge or diet is a great in reducing inflammation and limits common intolerances, but is also not overly restrictive.

The Paleo diet eliminates sugar, additives, and processed foods, as well as common inflammatory triggers like dairy and gluten.

Grain-free Morning Porridge

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal
1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Paleo Almond Butter, or your choice of nut butter
Handful unroasted, unsalted cashews or any plain nuts of your choice
3/4 to 1 cup non dairy milk- I used Almond, Coconut works well too
1 tea spoon Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Process
Combine the Flax seeds, Chia seeds, cashews, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a blender and blend into a smooth consistency.

Pour into a pot and cook on a stove top until it thickens and use a microwave safe bowl and cook in the microwave.

Let it cool and top with fruits , peanut butter of choice and a sweetener.
This porridge is very filling and great on its own without any added sweetener, but you can add your choice of sweetener such as maple syrup or honey to your liking.
