🍽️ Paleo breakfast taco
This paleo breakfast taco is delicious. It’s low-carb, gluten-free, and very delicious. It’s simple to make and packed with fiber, protein, probiotics, and healthy fats.

👨🏻‍🍳 How to make it?
1️⃣ Warm the tortilla on a low heat setting. In the pan, you can apply avocado oil spray.
2️⃣ Cook your eggs in the grease of your choosing over medium heat – I prefer mine over medium.
3️⃣ Add the eggs, avocado, tomatoes, cabbage, and sour cream to the tortilla.
4️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients for 3 Portion
🔸Whole Wheat Tortilla 30g / 1 piece
🔸 Egg, whole, cooked, 60g / 1 egg
🔸 Ghee (Clarified Butter) 13g / 1 tbsp
🔸 Cabbage 30g / 1/4 cup shredded
🔸 Avocados, raw 100g / 1/2  avocado
🔸 Tomatoes 30g / 2-3 cherry, sliced
🔸 Salt, table 1g / 1 pinch, or to taste
🔸Black pepper 1g / 1 pinch, or to taste 
🔸Sour Cream Light 30g / 2-3 tablespoon
