Overnight Oats Breakfast Meal Prep:
Ingredients:
Quick oats
Almond Milk
Blueberries
Strawberries
Almonds
Cinnamon
Bananas
Directions:
In a meal prep container add ½ cup of quick oats and 1 cup of almond milk then stir. Top with blueberries, cinnamon and banana slices. In the side divider add in almonds and fresh strawberries. Put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy throughout the week! This makes four meals.
