My 3 Go-To Easy Paleo Breakfasts

Eating healthy is difficult but I have found that if you eat a good breakfast it really helps keep on track for the rest of the day. These are my 3 really easy and fast go to breakfast that I think any one can try. I start every morning with drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and water because they health benefits are amazing!

Day 1. Morning shake:
– avocado
– banana
– spinach
– chia seeds
– coconut milk
– collagen peptides

Favorite morning shake: (as promised)
– coffee
– 1 banana
– collagen peptides
– almond butter
– almond milk
– cacao nibs
– blueberries
– Kale

Day 2. Eggs and any veggies. Have fun trying new veggies every morning

Day 3. Avocado toast
– arugula
– tomatoes
– avocado mixture (lemon juice & Himalayan pink salt)
– sliced sweet potatoes
