Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
2 eggs*
100g of pumpkin puree
2 tbsp of buckwheat flour
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp of stevia
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

*vegan? Sub for 80g of oat flour + 150ml of plant milk!

Toppings: vegan coconut yoghurt, fresh fruits, granola, nutbutter, cacao nibs, syrup, endless options!

👩🏻‍🍳Method:
Can it get easier? Just add everything into a blender! Heat up coconut oil in a pan & bake your pancakes! Stack & serve with your fav toppings!
