This Parfaits recipe is paleo, chemical-free, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, and refined sugar-free!

Ingredients: (per parfait)

2 tablespoons of organic black chia seeds (* I like this one… https://amzn.to/3IY61bY )
4 tablespoons of paleo milk (* I used cashew milk)
a layer of organic blueberries
a layer of paleo granola (* I like this one…https://amzn.to/3ZtoTqy )
a layer of coconut yogurt (*I like raspberry cocoyo for this… https://amzn.to/3mw9pn1 )
*top with a layer of unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)(* I like this one… https://amzn.to/3ZoO5yj )

Directions:

1.) Add your chia seeds and milk to your glasses and refrigerate overnight.

2.) Now layer on the rest of your toppings

3.) Serve immediately!
