For this recipe you’ll need:

– 2 packages of organic brussel sprouts
– 2 packages of organic asparagus
– 2 packages of organic broccoli
– 2 packages of organic cauliflower rice
– 1 package of petit organic carrots
– 4 packages of organic ground turkey meat
– salt & pepper
– avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
– garlic powder
– onion salt
– Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning
– cayenne pepper
