INGREDIENTS
6 Eggs
1/2 Cup of honey
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp ghee
2 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Cups almond flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1/4 Tsp salt
2 Cups of chopped strawberries
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of honey, 2 Tbsp coconut oil, 2 Tbsp ghee, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp lemon juice and blend ingredients
2. Add 4 cups of almond flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 Tsp salt, and stir
3. Stir in 2 cups of chopped strawberries
4. Fill muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes at 325°
