These no bake Brownie Truffles will absolutely be a hit at your next party! And the kids will love them!!

When I saw some No Bake Brownie Balls going viral I thought…I bet I could make a delicious paleo version. So I mixed up these delicious treats!! So easy, so quick, and dangerously good!! Plus chances are you have everything you need in your pantry to whip these up in a hurry! (You can even skip the chocolate chips and make them right now!)

And to take this recipe NEXT LEVEL we’re dipping them in melted chocolate and topping them off with crushed pistachios (skip the pistachios if you’re AIP) so their mouth-watering Brownie Truffles!!

Plus, the recipe is paleo, chemical-free, organic, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, egg-free, AIP approved, and soy-free!

Ingredients:

1 cup of organic unsweetened almond butter (tigernut butter if you’re AIP)
1/2 cup of organic maple syrup
2/3 cup of organic unsweetened cocoa powder (carob powder if you’re AIP)
1 full cup of organic paleo chocolate chips (or carob chips if your AIP) …check out my video for my homemade paleo/aip chips… https://youtu.be/ij0ArWWcXjA
**half of my homemade chocolate chips will be for the brownie balls, the other half will be used to melt down into the chocolate coating for the truffles. If you’re using the store bought Hu Chocolate Chips please keep in mind those are not AIP approved like my homemade carob chocolate is.

Directions:

1.) Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

2.) Scoop out balls and freeze for at least 20 minutes.

3.) Now coat the brownie balls in the melted chocolate and top with crushed pistachios (skip the pistachios if you’re AIP)

**Be sure to store in the fridge or freezer to keep. ENJOY!!!!
