M E A L S P R E P A R E D:
Cinnamon Raisin N’Oatmeal
Sweet Potatoes
2 tbsp Honey
Raisins
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Fruit toppings of your choice
(Coconut milk for a creamier consistency) *** Without gums in the ingredient list or carrageenan
Oven Baked Banana Pancakes:
3 Bananas
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp arrowroot starch
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract (opt.)
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ACV ( Apple Cider vinegar)
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Honey or Maple syrup
Blend ingredients in a blender to make pancake batter. Scoop pancake batter out to make about 6-7 pancakes. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes in oven of 350 degrees.
Plantain Waffles:
3 plantains
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 Cup of water
2 tsp. gelatin ( Great Lakes )
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup arrowroot start
Mix all ingredients in a blender to make a batter. Heat waffle iron and cook per instructions.
