Quick and easy healthy instant porridge recipe suitable for the whole family. No oats!

🥣 Try this quick + easy HEALTHY porridge recipe I created many years ago when I was craving porridge in winter but was definitely not having oats or paleo granola because neither are good for the gut.

It’s basically instant porridge, especially if you have the flour and coconut plus any powder flavours and/or clean dried fruit already all mixed together in a jar. All you then add is the boiling water and coconut milk if you want it. So so so easy!!

And green banana flour is available at most Aussie supermarkets these days, at health food stores and online. So there’s no excuse to not eat healthily when the ingredients are easily accessible and the recipe is so quick!

Paleo is definitely doable long term guys. I know, I’ve been doing it for about 12 yrs now!
