Paleo / Keto Tomato dosa:
An awesome tasty dosa!!! This can be eaten with coconut chutney . Very apt for lunch pack.
Ingredients:
100g paneer
2 egg
1 tsp + 3 ghee
1 tsp coriander seed
4 kashmiri chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1 tomato chopped
Salt
Direction:
Heat 1 tsp ghee and roast coriander seed and red chilli. Add cumin and tomato saute them until cook. Let it cool down.
Put together with paneer grind to a paste.
Take 2 eggs, salt in a bowl and the ground paste mix together
to form batter.
Heat dosa pan over medium heat and pour the batter , make dosa , spread 1/2 tsp of ghee.
Cover the dosa, cook. Flip to the other side and cook again.
Serve with coconut chutney.
